During the origin trip with us you get an unique opportunity to see every stage of coffee production: harvesting in the gardens of our highest altitude farmers, trekking up and down the mountain trying to keep up with our "coffee runners", getting your hands sticky and wet as you see how we sort, float, pulp, ferment and wash and then sort again our coffees. You'll be able to touch, smell and feel the differences in our processes involving exotic fruits, 100+ hours of cherry ferments and other surprises :) Not to mention, you'll get to be one of the first ones to cup our newest season coffees!
